If you go back to the Startup window within Task Manager, you should see a list of programs set to start automatically. Typing ‘shell:startup’ takes you straight there. The Startup folder is at C:UsersUsernameAppDataRoamingMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuProgramsStartup.
